Privacy policy

Updated October 2026

This policy explains what information Tide Book (tidebook.online) handles and why. We follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13.709/2018) and aim to meet comparable standards elsewhere.

What we collect

  • Email messages. If you write to us, we keep your address and message so we can reply and follow up.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the time and page requested, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
  • Campaign measurement. When you arrive from an advertisement, the ad platform may record that visit under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't run accounts, comments or newsletters on this site.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange and then deleted. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention rules.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how it's used. Write to support@tidebook.online from the address concerned and we'll answer within 15 days.

Third parties

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and is served through Cloudflare. Both receive your IP address when you load a page. Their privacy policies apply to that processing.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page.
